About
Here in Uganda a person’s name always has meaning behind it. For us Woodson’s - we are the “sons of wood” or the “sons of a wood worker named Jesus Christ”. We count it privilege to be working for HIM on this great mission field of Uganda. Having been sent here almost 19 years ago and all three of our children having been born here - Uganda is home. As we serve the Lord in the city of Kampala - we find ourselves busy Pastoring Victory City Church with its 11 regional sites, as well as overseeing Teen Challenge (a ministry to help men and women recovery from drug and alcohol addiction) and also running KHOP (Kampala House of Prayer) and numerous other responsibilities that allow us to serve the people of this great nation. It is indeed a privilege to serve and we thank God for the opportunity.
