Restoring Dignity, Inspiring Creativity
She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future. - Proverbs 31:25

About Us:
Robin & Dawnita have served the local church and been involved in international cross-cultural ministry for over 20 years. Dawnita holds a BS in Nursing and also in Behavioral Science, and Robin has a BA in Cross-Cultural Communications and a certificate in Bio-Intensive Agriculture and Aquaculture. Josiah (15), Jadon (12), and Justus (9) are full of life and imagination and enjoy partnering with us as we engage international students.

Entrepreneurial Leadership Training:
Lack of dignity is a consequence of poverty. Entrepreneurial Leadership Training is a process that helps people develop a simple business plan that will increase their personal economic viability or that of others. Our partners in India, Rwanda, and Uganda value this training and utilize it to impact their church planting, outreaches, and community development. Our goal is to continue to develop the training, contextualizing it, and to develop a train the trainer program to multiply its impact.

ELT Local:
What works oversees also works locally. In 2008, 14 local people from 6 nationalities committed to 12 weeks of ELT training which saw the launch of new businesses. This fall we will begin our second ELT Local training in partnership with the Latino Educational Training Institute. ELT Local empowers local business leaders to impart their knowledge, skills, and experience with those in our community who have unfulfilled dreams. Relationships formed in ELT Local provide for significant spiritual conversations.

Fish Africa International:

FAI is a social business we have launched in Uganda that is poised to be an industry leader in fish and feed production in Uganda, to provide protein and nutrition in a malnourished land, and has been invited to partner with the government in being a conduit for agriculture and aquaculture job creation. As a social venture business owner, FAI provides the experience and credibility for us to utilize ELT in our multiple settings.
